I was impressed how effortlessly she prepared them. She helped us quickly. Appreciate Staples for having Jina to help us in the returns.

(It was how's your day going?) Chances are I won't be returning to this location. Fred keep up your Great Customer Service!

The called the next day and said they were unable to make them, and had to ship them out, and it would take 3 days. They said they would give me free business cards for the trouble. Today, after 8 days. I was finally able to pick up my cards. I asked where my free ones where, and the proceeded to tell me that I would have needed to come in last week and pick them up. This is absolutely horrible store. The employees don't care about the client satisfaction. If you want print services, order them from anywhere else but here.
