  Top notch service. I stopped in the 12 packages, three of which needed packing. Breuna was great! Very friendly and professional. Processed my shipping very quickly. Tanaya and Marionah pitched in the help with the packing. My new favorite FedEx Office location. Highly recommended.

  This store is the absolute worst Fed Ex location. The customer service is terrible. When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that stated the location was closed for lunch. There is nothing listed on the website or here on Google about such closures. Also, every time I come into this location the employees are SO rude! They don’t greet you, don’t say thank you, and have an attitude the entire time while assisting you. I will never use Fed Ex again. This location has put a sour taste in my mouth when it comes to this organization. I never have these issues with UPs or the Post Office. Only with Fed Ex, particularly this location

  Please ovoid this location for international shipping if you don’t want to waste your time and money. I paid $242.73 for express delivery (no later than 3 days) but they delivered after 15 days and they refused to pay me back the balance. Note : they said the normal shipping cost is $137.00 and the express one is $242.73.
