When I arrived, there was a sign on the door that stated the location was closed for lunch. There is nothing listed on the website or here on Google about such closures. Also, every time I come into this location the employees are SO rude! They don’t greet you, don’t say thank you, and have an attitude the entire time while assisting you. I will never use Fed Ex again. This location has put a sour taste in my mouth when it comes to this organization. I never have these issues with UPs or the Post Office. Only with Fed Ex, particularly this location

I paid $242.73 for express delivery (no later than 3 days) but they delivered after 15 days and they refused to pay me back the balance. Note : they said the normal shipping cost is $137.00 and the express one is $242.73.

Even though there was a line she got out from behind the counter with a friendly attitude and helped him complete his task. It stops out to me bc most people would at least make this man feel a certain way for needing help when there are people waiting.

They represent Fed Ex very well. They are patient, kind, and helpful with each person. Both have wonderful management skills. Great people/great place !
