    Nobody ever answers their phone what is the point of having a phone if you don't answer it??? I own a business and only ONE lady does her actual job and picks up the packages! Last night the guy who sometimes delivers came at 4:45 looked at the mail box I have sitting outside with about 10 packages and walks away! I have complained and complained!!!!

    Maddie at the Evans USPS saved Christmas! She went above and beyond tracking down a package I had put the wrong shipping address on. She called multiple times with updates and we were so excited when she had found it! Thanks, Maddie and the USPS, for outstanding customer service during the busy holidays!

    ⭐️ 0/5 — If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service here is practically nonexistent. No one answers the phone—after calling nonstop for three hours, I couldn’t get a single response. My package was supposed to be delivered today, but the tracking suddenly claimed I requested it to be held at the post office. I never made that request. I was home all day and even received two other packages without any issues—from FedEx and UPS. USPS is always the exception, and not in a good way. Now I have to go pick up a package I never asked to be held. Completely unacceptable experience.

    Zero exaggeration here: signed a new lease recently and there’s a community mail box area. Property management doesn’t know my mailbox number, after we tried a few different ones, so I’ve called 26 times (and counting) from 9:09am to 9:43am now to confirm the mailbox number. 19 times it rang through, the 20th time someone picked up and hung up immediately after, and the rest have rang through. I’d love to walk in and get my issue resolved but need to be at my mailbox when they give me the number to ensure it doesn’t need to be rekeyed altogether. Maybe I’ll get through the 27th, stay tuned!
