She was very knowledgeable about the entire process, enabling a quick, smooth transaction. Sierra deserves Five Stars, but my reasoning for the Four Star rating is due to the UPS store having a sparse supply of envelopes and not a single greeting card.

- ARAndrea RuefFeb 19, 20261.0You walk in, no greeting, nothing, store employee looks at you for minutes while you wait and then finally, very slowly, walks over. Cannot find order, not even with tracking number, and then told me only because it says it was delivered to us, does not mean it has been delivered to us. We don’t have anything. Absolutely no customer service, could barely be bothered to help out. Delivery was signed by Shelby at this very store.
