- SBStephanie BrownJan 3, 20261.0They never deliver mail that they scan onto the app! Whats the sense of scanning mail you don’t deliver, just close this location! The customer service is rude and doesn’t care to try to help anyone!! They sure don’t act like they want to be at work and then talk about the customers to their face and while they are walking away from counter!! It’s horrible. I dread having to go back there when I need something, I will go to the Morrow post office if I need something!!!

- MMMaryAug 19, 20252.0My mail carrier is just careless My mailbox is often times left open Today 8/19/2025 my packages were stuffed into the front of my mailbox and pushed out to the back where anyone walking by could just take it out and keep walking This type is carelessness I s an open door for package thieves Very unprofessional A few steps to the door would be the right thing to do. Smh Now my mail carrier decided on her own to return my husband’s mail without permission That is unacceptable
