  Glad we have a UPS store in our area. The people are always nice and I'm always in and out. Very clean and welcoming! I come to this store all the time now! Will definitely recommend this UPS!

  I usually love their services until I drove all the way from work in Atlanta to speed and finally made it 30 mins prior to closing asking for a notary service which would’ve taken two mins of the lady’s time to do ! I’m a usual customer mind you . The lady told me “ we are about to close we stop notary at 5” that’s nowhere in their policy not listed on their website nor posted anywhere in store . She stated that they have to focus on their drivers at that time when it was her and a delivery driver having casual laughing conversation when i walked in . Like how could you be so heartless to allow a paying customer walk out I clearly was frustrated I needed an important document notarized ! I will just go to def ex next time

  Ms. Marsha and her team at the UPS in Ellenwood always takes care of me. There have been times where she's had a crazy line of people waiting, and her ability to multi-task and get everyone processed and out of the store in a timely manner never seizes to amaze me. My family has never had any issues at this store and even when I may have had the incorrect address or information, they always work with you to ensure everything is correct beforehand. Can't say enough about the team and their excellent customer service.

  I had a very concerning experience at this location. I dropped off a package last month for a return and was later contacted and informed that my item had been removed from the package and replaced with a different item. At the time of drop-off, the employee did not tape or secure the package in my presence. I attempted to contact the location to address the issue, but the manager stated that their phone line was “down” and did not take steps to help resolve the situation. I was also told that camera footage could not be reviewed because recordings do not go back more than two weeks. The lack of accountability and concern from management was extremely disappointing, especially given the seriousness of a potential theft occurring at this location. I would strongly advise customers to use caution when dropping off packages here and ensure their items are properly secured before leaving.
