- MBMónica BFeb 13, 20261.0Tuve una experiencia muy mala con el servicio postal mandé un paquete era muy importante me cobraron incluso seguro del envío lo regresaron pero no llego donde lo tenían que dejar se perdió el paquete llame a preguntar de inmediato pero ni ellos saben donde lo dejaron no volvería a mandar ningún paquete por la agencia ni la recomendaría tampoco

I'm not in Florida. I'm in Georgia 2 hours from this place. It traveled away from where I live. Just another crock of a USPS branch! Apparently they all have incompetent people running the circus!

- MBMisti BealOct 15, 20251.0I paid $8 to mail a package to my sister-in-law who lives in Ellebelle and the package was returned to me with a note on it that it was refused and to Return to Sender. The post office never even attempted to deliver the package, at least to the correct address. I also don't understand how it was refused when it should have just been left in the mailbox or even on the front porch. It did not require a signature or anything. What is my recourse? I paid money and they did not complete the task. So now I'm just money. USPS has such a bad reputation the past decade or so and this kind of stuff is why! They are charging more with a service you can't depend on. UPDATE* The package was mailed again (at no charge to me). I just happened to go in to check on the package over a week later as it was never received by my family member, AND I was told it was just returned to them that morning - smh. They created an entirely new label and shipped it out a third time. THIS time it arrived and my sister-in-law was very happy to finally receive it.
