  I'm really happy to have a real UPS Store rather than a pick-up location in a pharmacy because they can process Amazon returns with QR code (no printer needed). I've also mailed items overnight with UPS. I've never had a problem with anything and I run a business so it's nice to have these services close to home!! ((Also note, since Walgreens closed, you have to drive to Danielsville or Bowman to do FedEx.)) I don't really agree with the negative reviews here, I have good experience anytime I need to use the UPS Store inside the gas station 👍

  I was visiting the area and needed to urgently return an Amazon item. This was the only UPS store within 30 mi. I found it odd it was inside of a gas station but didn't think it would be a problem. Amazon anticipated having the item back by October 12th, I dropped it off October 5th. Today is the 14th and it still has not been returned to amazon, there was no tracking information, the UPS tracking number just said label created until today. So I basically dropped this off just to have it sit there and never get returned. It's an expensive item so I'm slightly concerned that I will not be refunded but hoping for the best. I will update this review if my refund goes through, but as of now it is delayed. 10 years I've been an Amazon prime member and I've actually never had a return delayed before.

  I’m so happy that we can drop off Amazon packages instead of driving to Athens or other locations that’s far away! Customer service here is awesome! And, if there’s a line of customers waiting to be helped, having our QR Code Label on our phone or print out ready will help with faster service.
