  The staff at this store are patient and friendly. I have been three times and had the same experience. Parking can be a bit chaotic but that is out of their control.

  This store will commit IDENTY THEFT & BANK FRAUD. They will steal your belongings!! The employee at this store are untrustworthy, my belongings including my personal information were to be shipped out via next day air, these employees stole the belongings instead, There was an “investigation” opened by UPS for a package marked as sent that never arrived to its destination in another state. They were unhelpful in resolving or looking into the issue stating the package had been sent out. I contacted the store manager several time to verify the package was sent or who the employee or driver may have been, after weeks of no help, my card was attempted to be used at a near by store, confirming my belongings were never sent and was actually stolen by an employee at the store. Active commuting identity theft and bank fraud! DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING ESPECIALLY OF VALUE OR PERSONAL INFORMATION HERE!!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Karma and Cheyanne deserve a raise!! They went above and beyond to make my experience smooth and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to come across people who not only do their jobs well but also genuinely care about the customers they’re assisting. Their positive energy and efficiency turned what could’ve been a hassle into a seamless process. UPS is lucky to have them—thank you both for outstanding service!

  This is the closest but worst location I have ever used. The workers usually do not greet you, upon your arrival. And after your transaction, the clerk just hands you a receipt, no “thank you” or any friendly gesture. Non! After using the store today, the clerk became angry because as I was holding my phone towards the wand for him to scan my return, it initially would not scan, instead of him asking if he could hold “my phone” he proceeded to take “my phone” out of my hand. NO, I think that is rude and extremely, unprofessional. After the transaction was complete he just held the receipt out as though I had bothered him. Using “may I see your phone” “Good morning/ afternoon” “Thank you come back soon etc” goes a long way. Wondering if it has been considered that the customer keeps the business open to and pays salaries ? 🤔 One star for being worst ever UPS store, based on over 5 years of on and off visits. I only use this location if no other option is available that day! Just my honest opinion and experiences from over the years.
