There were a lot of components to our shipment. Skye was the associate who helped us. She constructed a quality box then packed it well. She was patient even when we had to make a change at the end. We received the same great service that we got on our last visit. And our shipments arrived early! Thanks Skye and FedEx.

FedEx damaged my package, delayed delivery for over a month, then refused to accept the return unless I paid to repack the box they damaged. The same box FedEx heavily taped and deemed acceptable to deliver was suddenly “not good enough” when I tried to return it.

So, I ask if they had another box to replace this “oil stain box”, of course they said no. Not surprised. Horrible service and waste of time driving to this location.
