- FLFreddy LanskyNov 17, 20252.0This UPS store lost 2 packages of items I sold on eBay both in the same week. One was eventually found 10 days later ... one never was never found (a $500 iPhone). Adding further irritation I found it impossible to recover the $100 in insurance ...with UPS saying its UPS store responsibility and vice versa until I decided it wasn't even worth my time to pursue further. To be fair that week in July 2024 that UPS store was frequently without power due to a storm, also the manager seemed apologetic but without solutions, so I'm giving 2 stars to be fair that it was chaotic. But this store still lost me money and time equivalent to a days work from either theft or incompetence.

The employees seem openly irritated by the basic act of providing customer service — as if helping customers is an inconvenience rather than their job. Every Amazon return feels like pulling teeth. There’s no greeting, no smile, and definitely no effort to make the process smoother or friendlier
