I just send some business reply there, so experience is limited, but if you're efficient and cordial on your end, they will be. Its an extra 10-15 minutes of driving vs the closest one to me, but it's so worth. Older dude with glasses there is super chill. Love him.
- BBBrittanyMar 20, 20263.0I’ve had a very frustrating experience with United States Postal Service over the past couple of months. A package was marked as “delivered,” but it never arrived. There was no clear delivery location provided, and the description didn’t match my property. I filed a missing mail search and later an insurance claim, which was denied. Then, about a month later, I was told they needed more time to continue searching. I eventually received a voicemail from my local post office saying they were unable to locate the package and advised me to file a claim—but by that point, I was no longer eligible due to the earlier denial and the delay caused by the extended search process. I’ve also tried contacting accounting and customer support with no meaningful response. Communication between the local office and corporate seems very disconnected, and it’s been extremely difficult to get anyone to fully review or take ownership of the situation. This issue has been ongoing since January, and I’m now out the cost of the item with no resolution. At a minimum, delivery scans should be accurate. Marking packages as “delivered” without confirming the correct location creates unnecessary problems for customers. Clear delivery details—or even basic photo confirmation—would go a long way in preventing situations like this. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience.
