  Vanni is spectacular! I came in needing to print signs for an event but they weren’t printing properly. He swooped in with his tech skills and fixed them right up to print correctly. He even offered to help with cutting them to size! All with a friendly smile from beginning to end. Thank you, Vanni!

  I have been to this ups a handful of times to get documents notarized, two specific employees have notarized documents for me, and after notarized a document the next time I came in they said "the notary person isn't in yet" even though THEY have notarized my documents beforehand, the last time I notorized a document I called in beforehand and asked if they were doing notary services that day the person who answered says yes. We do that till eleven a m. So I come in before eleven a m and one of the people who have notarized documents for me says, oh, we don't have a notary person until three and I said, well, I called in beforehand and she goes, "are you sure you called the right location?" and I said "yes i'm sure" and a second person came out and said, "oh yes, she called earlier" and proceeded to notarize my form. For me, and then today, the same person who notorized my form last time says, "oh notary person isn't in yet.He's gonna be until three", even though it was before 11 a m and she goes, "oh well, it differs" what is the point if offering notary services if the people who are able to do it are too lazy to deal with the paperwork?

  Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced in a good minute!! I get real bad anxiety handling things I’m not familiar with (like the shipping process,& stores,& offices in general) VANNI and NAE made packaging for shipping such a pleasant breeze! Instead of being sour with me for being clueless they really worked with me to figure it out. I love it here!

  Had an amazing experience at this ups store. Had a difficult task with boxing up a large item. Talk about two ladies that care!!! Shout out to Melody and Yessi!!! They saw me struggling and went above and beyond to help me with my shopping package. What an exceptional team. Not to mention they are always friendly when I come in each time!!! They are the best and deserve a raise.
