  Excellent customer service—prompt, professional, and personalized. We have had a mailbox with them for several years. Sunny, the manager, makes it a point to remember our needs regarding sorting the mail and handing it to the right person on our team when one of us visits. He’s also more than willing to answer questions over the phone about payments received, etc.

  Not polite at all. They act as if you are disturbing their day. Think the people that run the place are related. Condescending and arrogant. They act as if the customers are beneath them. Very comically odd.
