  ⭐️ 1 star Visited on 3/19 and had a very disappointing experience. I came in for fingerprinting, and even though there were only two customers ahead of me, the employee was sitting down, looking at her phone and laughing instead of helping. When customer asked for assistance, she told us to figure it out ourself and that it would take about 30 minutes, without offering any guidance. It ended up taking over an hour before it was finally my turn. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Basic customer service, professionalism, and respect for customers were all lacking. Staff clearly need proper training.

  I just dropped off some packages, greeted the employee, and he didn't even respond. Then, after he gave me the tracking number, I said goodbye politely, and he wasn't courteous in replying. They need to provide customer service training.

  Paully has always been helpful and supportive. He was helping us with print out and photocopy. And also notarizations. Thanks

  Paully has always been extremely helpful every time I go to the store. And I usually have complex orders including printing, photocopying and even notarizing. Great Service!! Keep it going!

  Don’t usually write reviews but have when you notice something like this is done at a nationally recognized company. I understand all UPS stores are different franchise owners and I have been to multiple stores when having to do an Amazon return or other services. But at this location when you see that an Asian man and an Indian man are asked to use kiosk but an American man is provided service for the same Amazon item return service. I was not expecting to see this kind of racism from a nationally recognized franchise. Would recommend using a different location rather than this one. Sugarloaf parkway location are always friendly and probably worth the extra drive to get proper service and where everyone is respected equally and not such discrimination as this Buford hwy location.
