The employee who assisted me Scott, was extremely rude and arrogant and acted as if helping customers was an inconvenience. At the end of the transaction, he threw the receipt on the counter instead of handing it to me, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional. This location seriously needs better customer service training.

On top of that, while I was trying to decide what to do with my package — literally taking just a few seconds after already waiting in a long line for about 20 minutes — she still managed to tell me that I was holding up the line and needed to hurry up and get out of the way.
