I would choose 0 stars if it would let me. This office is holding my certified mail hostage and there is no one there to even answer the phone to help. I have called 27 times (not an exaggeration) and each time the system says, "sorry, no one is available" and then hangs up. Am I about to have to drive from Austin, TX to Deluth, GA to get my certified mail back that most definitely has a return slip that I paid for over 20 days ago?!

If you frequent this particular post office then I hope you’ve had the pleasure of meeting Teresa. She is one of the kindest and most helpful people I’ve met in quite some time. I just started selling on eBay so I’m sure I’ll be going to the post office a lot. And even though there’s one a bit closer. I’ll drive a couple extra miles to get the service and friendly disposition I recieved there. Teresa you are a gem. Thank you for finding that box for my album and fixing it up for me. You have a very merry Christmas.

I have always received bad service from this office, because lot of lost packages, specially very important documents from immigration, the whole delivery people should be investigated about USCIS documents being stolen and marked as delivered. (I read the other comments and it’s a serious problem that this particular document are getting stolen) In the other hand of this headache, a person saves the day an special lady Kim Stansell who treated me with kindness and respect helped me to get my document replaced without a cost. That make me get back the trust in people. Thank you Kim for such an outstanding customer service ❤️🙏

Let me first say, I would give 0 stars if I could. That's how bad this is. My boyfriend and I are missing 6 packages since the beginning of November (it's Dec 8) and I only got ONE CALL back from them based on the 6 service requests we submitted. We have packages marked as delivered that we have never received, and there's only so many times you can call a company and say you never got your stuff before they think it's fraud. The office location never picks up the phone either so if they call and you can't answer you're out of luck. EDITED TO ADD: I went in person and was able to talk to the supervisor. They are investigating our issue and listened to all my concerns.
