I got documentation and went to visit them. " You don't live there." They refused to deliver my mail. Finally the postmaster stepped in and started delivery again. Staff is highly manipulative and verbally abusive.

I have called 27 times (not an exaggeration) and each time the system says, "sorry, no one is available" and then hangs up. Am I about to have to drive from Austin, TX to Deluth, GA to get my certified mail back that most definitely has a return slip that I paid for over 20 days ago?!
