I’ve been to stores in Hiram, Villa Rica, Lithia Springs—you name it—but this Douglasville location is on a whole different level. Priscilla and Janice are absolutely top notch. They are always very polite, professional, and genuinely helpful every single time I come in. It doesn’t matter how busy it is—they stay patient, respectful, and make sure everything is handled smoothly. One thing that really stands out about this store is how clean it is. It’s always spotless, organized, and it even smells good every time I walk in. That might sound small, but it makes a big difference and shows they really take pride in their environment. Great customer service, clean atmosphere, and consistent professionalism—that’s why I keep coming back. This is easily the best UPS Store in the area.
