- AMA MMar 31, 20261.0Now, I see why this store has a 3.2 star google review rating. I visited this FedEx location in Douglasville, GA, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I spent over 40 minutes in the store and left without accomplishing anything. What made the experience even more disappointing was that I was assisted by the store manager. Instead of focusing on resolving my needs, they spent an excessive amount of time talking without driving toward a solution. As a paying customer, the expectation is simple: efficient service, clear communication, and a focus on customer satisfaction. None of those expectations were met. I’ve visited FedEx locations all across the country, and this was by far the poorest experience. In contrast, I drove back to Columbus, GA nearly two hours away and received top-tier service. Even the newer employees there demonstrated a clear understanding of how to take care of customers and ensure a positive experience. This Douglasville location would greatly benefit from stronger leadership, improved customer service training, and a renewed focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction. As it stands, it does not reflect the level of service I’ve come to expect from FedEx.

I even had to call back to the store and the gentleman remembered my name! This location should be a model for all the mail/package centers.
