After reading a few comments, I can see that I’m not the only person who is not getting my packages after they’ve been marked DELIVERED!
What makes it worse is you call and these people don’t even care. They have the worst delivery people in the world. I even catch the driver over on parkway circle street hiding his truck within the trees appearing to be sleep between 12:00 and 2:00pm.
Yesterday my package said it was delivered at the mailbox. I knew that was a huge LIE based on the fact that what I ordered is way too big for a mailbox. So where’s my package??
This is the 4th time and I’m sick of these people

1st I want to Thank Mrs.Dee with two(ee's) she definitely deserves a pay raise! I came in on the 9th the young gentleman she was working with was very rude to me ( not to mention she took care of 9 customers to his two ) she took over and I really just wanted to let her know thank you she is very valuable to your company and the company should definitely know this. Coming from someone who works in customer service for years she definitely delivered! Over and beyond!!!

I am so tired of the blatant lies, y'all..."sorry we missed you while you were out" LOL... Girl. I haven't left my house in MONTHS because I am physically disabled and CANNOT DRIVE to go pick up the mail that you lie about trying to deliver...Probably why you thought you could get away with lying, bc I don't have a car in the driveway...Not even the first time this has happened! PLEASE stop doing this to people. My partner should not have to wait at the mailbox to sign for me because the postal worker doesn't want to leave the truck and walk up to a door. It isn't even that cold out today. I would be more understanding if it was unpleasant weather, at least.
