  I ALWAYS ALWAYS receive EXCEPTIONAL, EXCELLENT Service from Vernon. He is Very Hospitable from the time you enter the store until departure. Vernon is the only reason that I keep using this particular location! He Deserves Recognition!!!

  When inquiring about more affordable shipping choices, I did not receive any alternatives. I frequent various UPS stores, understanding that they are all independently operated, but unfortunately, I will not be returning to this particular location.

  This ups location is amazing they get the job done and always go above and beyond to make sure my services are met and Priscilla the manager is very professional and down to earth very helpful and insightful safe to say I want be getting my mailing services anywhere else

  I came into the ups store between 1:45 p.m.- 2:00 p.m. with two Amazon returns and a return to Keen Shoe Company at. While standing in line, the female associate (brown skinned, glasses, with black shoulder length hair with highlights) behind the counter asked if I had an Amazon return. When I stated yes , she pointed to the kiosk. I informed her that I did not want to use the kiosk, and she instantly got an attitude and stated very rudely "it's mandatory". This was said in front of everyone in the store, and the store was not busy at that time. I politely told her that my other package was not an Amazon return to which she responds "well you can stay in line". Another female associate (dark skinned with long hair) helped me with both my return to Keen and Amazon in a very pleasant manner. I have never had such rude service from a UPS Store associate. I she wants to have an attitude or dictate which returns she handles then she should not be working in a customer service driven position. She reaffirmed my decision to never visit this location again.

  To start, the line was very long at the Douglas Blvd. location, and we were told that Amazon was “down”. Ironically, she was able to process the return, I just had to email the return label and pay a fee. I agreed to pay because I had already gone to another location and Amazon was down so I would have paid more in gas, driving around looking for another UPS. While it only cost $3.40 total ($0.17 for the copy and $3.00 for a quick print fee🤔) the point is, if the machine to print the label wasn’t down I probably could have printed the return label for free. And I’m ok paying for a copy but a “Quick Print Fee”The lady next to me had her label and was still charged the same price to ship an Amazon return. Something seems off about that, it’s like a way for them to get extra money. Kohls is always my place of choice when returning Amazon packages and I have never been told their system was down, unfortunately they just weren’t an option for this return. I’m giving two stars because there was only person working the counter and she managed the line as best she could and she provided decent customer service, otherwise it would have been one star due to the excessive wait, the machine/Amazon being “down” (consistently) and having to pay extra to send back a free return.
