Not just one, but ALL of the associates at this store have a cantankerous disposition, especially the young brown skin guy with black glasses and a kinky fro. They just stare at you rudely while you are waiting in line as if you are inconveniencing them (as if this is not the job/position they willing applied for and accepted) and when you get to the counter you are basically asked “What do you want?” I was absolutely appalled. If you need any UPS Services in Douglasville go to the one on Hospital Dr. - if it is farther away, trust me, you would rather a longer driver and better service than a shorter driver and to be treated like a peasant while you are paying for a service. Save yourself the headache and unnecessary and unwarranted mistreatment!
