    Absolute horrible service! Paid to have a form notarized then paid $114 for overnite delivery. The receiver called next day. The notary made error on form and form was rejected. Got new forms. They notarized free but I was required to pay $114 again to ship. Poor service is evident. The notary had a mask on and was very hard if not impossible to understand especially with her poor English language skills..UPS can surely do better!!!

    Before I even came in, I called to see if the scanning system was up, since there have been some outages. Woman super rude on the phone. Entered the store Employees were Rude and brushed off questions from customers during the time I was there. Before I could even explain what I needed the woman at the desk told me to “go over there”, assuming I had an Amazon return. When I told her my details and provided her with a code to scan, she said we don’t do that. Finally after some time, she scanned it and it worked as it was supposed to. Do not recommend this location at all.

    If I could give zero stars, then I would. Right now, I am going through the headache with Amazon because I trusted that this UPS store-that is not my regular store could handle my returns since my original store was not doing Amazon returns that day. I came in and went to the kiosk and returned my two shirts, took my receipt and left. My husband and I looked at the app and noticed that it was still not scanned in and showed my items still need to be returned about an hour later. The store was already closed by then when we pulled back around to try to go in and ask about it because we were still in the area and were not able to ask. I know it was either later that night or the next morning that it finally showed the UPS customer service rep has scanned in our returns and thought that was really strange since that has never happened to us at any other UPS store to wait that long. I had a weird gut feeling, and of course it was right because now Amazon is fighting with me that I only returned one shirt that day because whoever scanned in all the Amazon on November 8th, 2025- that day miss scanned and only put that I scanned in one shirt. Currently, I have sent the receipt. I am still going back-and-forth with Amazon about UPS not scanning my two items, but this is such an annoying headache to have because I trusted the store to do my returns and did not do them correctly. Therefore, I have been charged again by Amazon for the return and having to fight with them to get my money back. If you see my review, please use Staples or Kohl’s for your return or else you will maybe have the same headache that I am going through where your returns aren’t scanned in correctly and you are recharged for the items/number of items returned. This is the last time that me and my family are using UPS for ANY Amazon returns.

    Service was horrible. The employee lied, told me i needed to have the package picked up at my address. That was a lie, he just didn't want to help. I went to another location and they sent my return. This is the reason everyone says this generation is just lazy!

    I just want to give a shout out to the two young men that hoave turned that UPS Store completely around just with their attitudes alone! Then you add their work ethic and organization and those two are unstoppable! It's huge to have that store back and these two need a pay raise promotion, something!
