- RMRebecca MedinaNov 17, 20251.0I go to this post office often.There is one lady who is so nice and always very helpful and a joy to be around.Today I went in and was met with a totally different woman,with an open package that was being returned to the store,the online directions was to return in original packaging and let usps scan the QR code.I showed her the package which had been ripped opened and she was nasty and rude and said they didn’t take them like that,I said it says to return in the original package and I could go home and seal it if needed and she said no rudely,scanned it,folded it and stuck a sticker on it and then proceeded to push the happy face customer service button that I as the customer would of never given her and hand me my receipt and let me go on my way.Rude and unprofessional behavior.I wish i would of just went with the normal woman who is so helpful and would of explained it better and allowed me to to fix it if it was such an issue.As for the rude lady if you hate your job that much find another one cause that nasty attitude ain’t it!!!
