The personnel have terrible attitudes and a very discern for its residents' mail and packages. They are so busy trying to discredit you instead of listening to the issue at hand. I had to come home and make calls to several distribution centers to find out that that App was correct in tracking a container that my package was supposed to be in but somehow, my package was not in the container when it arrived at the Macon, Ga distribution center and all the packages from the container had already been delivered. So, my package is somewhere in Metro Atlanta distribution center now for 7 days. The lady here told me that she don't have them problems when I asked if other residents was experiencing the same problem. SMDH!
