- OSOusten SinghMay 21, 20241.0We have lived in dewy Rose for more than 2 years and never had an issue receiveing packages. The mail personal who replaced our old driver is not delivering our packages. Mailmen have always driven up the private road to drop off packages. We get Amazon deliveries and UPS deliveries with no issue at all. This is causing major problems because everyone works. I want a written explanation as to why my family is no longer receiving boxes and why we need to find time to get our packages when we never had an issue before with boxes being dropped off at the house. Even though I want an written explanation I'm positive you will not put any effort into responding and I will not receive one. I may not even receive an explanation. But it's your move.

- BBBrittany BryantOct 24, 20171.0This is the worst post office they have lazy people who doesn't want to take the time to deliver something to you instead they will leave a note saying sorry I missed you when we were home the whole entire time. Then the post office is closed when I can actually get the mail that's rediculous. If your not going to be open during hours that people actually have off and are not at work then you should deliver the mail at the appropriate time. This is not the first time this has happened and I am very very upset about it!!!!!
