- RDRaneshia DeanApr 1, 20261.0I been staying in my apartment since feb the 4th had my drivers license sent and two cash app cards that I never received, I wish I could rate zero stars because the drivers stole my driver license and my cash app cards. I been to the post office twice talked to the manager she wasn’t much help all she did was take my name and number and said she was gonna reach out but she never did. Im frustrated and I just want to receive my mail but it seem like it so hard to do something so simple.

From inquiring about missing packages to "using the wrong tape" for a package, there is always something. I'm particularly over the young lady with the glasses and locs, she clearly hates her job and ALWAYS has an attitude. She also loves to weaponize the policies when she doesn't feel like doing her job. I've even been to this location when they had a line out the door and the clerk is just chatting it up for 20 mins with a former employee. How did I know it was a former employee? Because they were loudly conversing in the lobbying as customers waited to be serviced. Service like this is why USPS continues to bleed money, while customers opp for other carriers, for better service, even if they're more expensive. I went to the UPS store shortly after, no wait, no hassle; in and out in 2 minutes.
