I went to the location to pick up the letter per their service card request. The woman at the counter was dry. She said they couldn’t find the letter. She said the carrier might have it on their truck but the carrier wasn’t there at 9am the way they were supposed to be. She said she didn’t know when they would come in and had no way to inquire about when that would be. They just suck. I have had magazines delivered 2 months later. I think they read them and then deliver them when they are finished. Just close this location. They’re unprofessional.
