I don’t know if ppl don’t want to work or they not Hiring people but this is crazy . 1 clerk and you have over 8 people on the line is ridiculous. Been here over an hour just to post 1 letter smh . My elderly mother went there right at 9:00 AM, only to find a line of over 25 people waiting and no one working. Not a single employee was present to assist customers or even acknowledge the growing line. Many people waited patiently, hoping someone would eventually show up, but no one ever did. This is completely unacceptable for a business that’s supposed to open at 9 AM. If this is how they treat their customers, we’ll be taking our business elsewhere.
