He said something like "are you gonna pay it or not" which is crazy because it's not that I was unwilling to pay, I just wanted to know why I had to pay so much. Incredibly unprofessional. I had to go back into the general line and ask a different employee for an explanation. There were 2 people ahead of me that had also been waiting for an hour before they were able to pick up their packages. Just ridiculously rude (at least that one employee, not the rest) and the wait times are horrendous.

- JGJonathan GilesJan 23, 20261.0I bought a condo in Decatur NOV 8th but the seller didn’t have a mailbox key. NOV 9th I went to this post office and paid $27 to have a key made. We are almost in FEB and I still do not have access to my mailbox. I have found a way to make it to the post office after work and before they close 7 or 8 times. Every time I have gone they have said they are going to do it in a week, in 2 days, tomorrow, we will call you. I have not been called once. If I could give less than one star I would. I do not know when I will be able to receive mail at my home- they stole my money and it’s not looking like there is any intention to actually give me a mail key at all.
