Was here on 11/4/25 around 1 PM, and the woman working that shift should honestly be retrained or replaced. I got notifications yesterday and today that my package was ready for pickup and that I had until 11/10/25 to get it. The second she saw me and my tracking info, she immediately asked if I’d set the store as the access point — which I did, and I told her that. Her response? “If it came yesterday, I probably sent it back.” Mind you, I had just waited in line to speak with her after getting two pickup notifications. Then she told me to wait in line again while more people piled in. A few customers later, someone else came up who had also set the same store as their access point — and she suddenly had no problem finding their package. She even made a passive-aggressive comment to me about how that customer “did the right thing,” implying I didn’t. When I told her I also set this location as my access point, her attitude got worse. She started pointing her fingers and insisting they didn’t have my package — even though the tracking clearly said it should be held until the 10th. Long story short, she clearly sent my package back early and refused to take accountability. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time.

This is perhaps the worst UPS Store location ever. They always seem to have just one person here and a line back to the windows no matter what time you come in. There is a drop-off self-service location in the back, but with a tiny cabinet that a lot of common package sizes won't fit into. Some people may risk it by leaving their packages on top and employees might say that they clean it off "every couple of hours"...but they've got too much going on to notice whether someone walks off with a package sitting on the table or not. So I opt to not leave it there. You need a drop-off area up behind the counter where people who have scanned their packages can put them and they can be safer from someone just grabbing it and walking off when the single employee is busy or in the back. They can't keep up with who left what or scanned what. You want them to do all of these job tasks on top of their regular tasks. Here's an idea: have enough employees and stop being cheap. Every time there is a 30+ minute wait minimum at this location. It was closer to 45 minutes the last time I went in. I also heard the single employee ranting at people with an attitude. However, after hearing that they didn't get to go to the restroom or have a break since the time that they open, I'd be quite mad if I was that employee. I expect better from a company worth billions of dollars. You should have two employees minimum working at the same time for every location, as they get very busy. I have been to the other Decatur, GA location at Shamrock Plaza and they usually have at least two employees working together. You expect too much out of your employees.

I recently walked into this UPS store and witnessed a pretty disappointing scene. Instead of helping the customers who were waiting, the staff were engaged in a loud and unnecessary argument with one of the mail carriers about language issues. It was frustrating to see this kind of unprofessional behavior, especially since none of the waiting customers were being served during that time. Ultimately, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope the store can focus more on customer service and less on internal disputes in the future.

Out of town. But needed to print something important and get it notarized. To print i couldnt use their public computer. The associate said she I could email forms to their store email. And she could print it. But said she cant notarize because shes too be busy. She said her boss told her to stop notaries for the day. It was 220 pm. She looked overwhelmed trying to find customers packages. There was only 3 peiple in line. Ridiculous to say the least.
