I was given 2 appointment reminders for this and when I arrived I was told the notary wasn’t there today and that it’s my problem and I should’ve known that I can’t make appointments for notary on the website. It has to be done via a personal email addressed to the notary. Really bad look for UPS and terrible service by this location.
