But today, in doing a few amacon returns, a very sloppily dressed attendant was quite short due to them closing shortly. She rushed me outta line as I had to correct one of my returns citing that she needed to tend to the line because they were about to close. It was literally one person behind me that was serviced by another agent. Then I proceeded to do my return. Have a different agent handled me and I was out the door still 6 minutes before closing and as other people were still walking in... I understand the anxiety of the hour prior to closing but it is never going to make it okay for rude customer service or being short with the people you are being paid to assist. If it's that much of a problem, maybe they shouldn't have that job cuz it's not making the company look good. At this point I'd rather use a different location because of that one person...
