Went to ship a package ground, there were 3 associates there, I stood at the counter for approximately 4 minutes waiting for someone to assist me. I was the only one in the store. The women told one of the men to help me, he was slow as molasses, if was as if he was still trying to figure out the system. Anyway, between the wait time and the slower associate, the driver came in, pick up his packages and I missed the 6PM truck. I arrived at 5:45 PM, I will not go there again. There is a package shipping store across the street, I'll take my business there from now on.

I’m giving 2 stars only because a kind customer helped me carry my boxes to the counter — not because of the service from the employee this afternoon. When I walked in, there was no one at the counter at all. The customer who helped me came in behind me. Honestly, anyone could have grabbed supplies and walked right out. That alone was concerning. I came in with several Amazon returns. I’ll take responsibility for processing them too quickly in the app, which sent some barcodes to other locations. I’m also not used to returning this many items at once — it was about 9 small party items, all brand new and unopened. The employee at the counter (male with an accent) did not scan anything. He only looked at the first barcode I showed him, saw that I had 3 boxes, and immediately told me everything had to go to Whole Foods or Staples. What he did not tell me — and should have — is that I could change the return method in the app right then and return items right then and there with him. He was on the phone the entire time he spoke to me, said what he said, and then walked off in a very dismissive way. What also bothered me is that I still tried to patronize the business. I called him back to the front because I just needed to buy stamps for my child who’s in school away from home. He told me he’d be with me in a minute while staying in the back. I waited and still bought the stamps, but the overall tone felt uninterested in helping. When I went to Staples afterward, I learned that 3 of the 9 items already had UPS barcodes. The rest could have easily been canceled and reprocessed for UPS. Instead, I had to cancel everything and change all of the returns to Staples anyway. If he had simply explained my options, I could have handled this in one trip and saved time and gas. After learning this, I tried to call the UPS Store to speak with a manager, but the voicemail was full and I couldn’t leave a message. I understand policies. What I don’t understand is not being told my options, being dismissed while someone is on the phone, and having to learn from another customer and a Staples employee what the UPS staff should have explained. Lastly, the bar should not be set low just because of the area this store is in. Customers deserve professionalism everywhere. Do better.

I came into the store on January 06. 2026 and this young guy was at the counter and I told him about experience I had trying to have boxes shipped to my daughter in Houston . I was on the phone with my daughter I told the guy her address and my daughter told him also he repeated it and it was wrong my daughter told him again I showed him a picture off of my phone her address he gave me my receipt and told me she would received it on Tuesday the 3rd of 2026. Taylor was tracing her package it is out for delivery then it is can’t delivery the package do to the wrong address. We called UPS and they inform us to reach back out to the store. I called on the 4th and spoke with a lady she told me it wasn’t nothing she could do and I should have check the address before I left the store again I told her the guy never told me to check the address and maybe it is my fault to make this long story short she was so rude and hung up the phone never again with I step feet inside of this store my daughter received her box this morning it was damage and she took picture reach out UPS again we were told to reach back out to the store we have been calling since this morning they are not answering the phone so UPS inform us to file a claim and did.
