They directed me to a self service scanner. I had never used the machine and she had no interest in showing me what to do. Only to sit there and chastise me I kept on explaining how do I know which item is which I ordered two wreaths and I was returning both of them very similar in description and design. I only wanted to make sure that I placed the right return label on the item The employee kept on saying, how am I supposed to know which one is which instead of helping me discern the issue. a customer ended up helping me due to the customer no service and rudeness of this employee
