Don’t think it matters to the owner or staff of UPS that the majority of their reviews say the same thing! Rude (and probably miserable) employees. I won’t be back. When you try to charge me $4 to print an Amazon label because it’s convenient, no thanks! I’ll just either go across the street and pay $1 or do it at home. ABSURD!! But this review, like most of the others, will fall on deaf ears. And the response will be the same. “We provide world-class service “. Not today you didn’t and most other days it seems 🤷🏼♀️
