- CSConstance SmithJun 9, 20255.0April did an amazing job handling my issue. I’ve been to multiple places. They have blamed dawsonville yet the problem lies in cumming. She has not only did her job but explained what took place. I knew it’s what took place yet the manager of Lanier annex told me that I didn’t know how to change my mail. Turns out I do! The lady in cumming didn’t verify my ID or stamp the change of mail in person. Due to all the new people. Thank you dawsonville!
- JJJoey JohnstonJan 18, 20255.05 stars just isn't enough. I have detested going to the post office my entire life until today. I didn't get the Lady's name who helped me but she was amazing. She took the time to resize and reseal my box to save me from an $8 fee. I did not expect that and it was very kind. She clearly is a very kind person, and takes great pride in her job. Her and this facility are exceptional examples of how a USPS office should be.

I was very upset but I went to the post office location and spoke with Warren, who helped me tremendously! He called me and kept me updated while trying to figure out what happened and eventually found my package! I am so thankful as that was a gift for someone. Package had been opened but everything was intact. Warren went above and beyond and I appreciate that more than anything. Thank you!
