She took the time to resize and reseal my box to save me from an $8 fee. I did not expect that and it was very kind. She clearly is a very kind person, and takes great pride in her job. Her and this facility are exceptional examples of how a USPS office should be.

I was very upset but I went to the post office location and spoke with Warren, who helped me tremendously! He called me and kept me updated while trying to figure out what happened and eventually found my package! I am so thankful as that was a gift for someone. Package had been opened but everything was intact. Warren went above and beyond and I appreciate that more than anything. Thank you!
