For some reason they cannot manage to keep my mail at the post office, they keep putting it on the truck for delivery to where I have to call and have it brought back to the post office. The issue with having to call them is that they do not seem to know how to answer a phone as I have to call 20+ times to get ahold of anyone. I understand people fill in for others sometimes but "on hold" is literally WRITTEN on my packages.

You don’t care and that’s how peoples stuff get lost! Next time I will be waiting and if I see that I’m catching a name and really reporting it! Do better!
