  I used his location for a business address and I want to say that the customer service has been great. I really appreciate the information and how I just seem to walk into great discounts and treatment. I give this place a phenomenal job.

  I see there are a lot of complaints at this location and while some of the points are valid the rest seem kind of isolated and trivial. I've been going to this location for 13 years now and seem the staff changes and pretty sure owner changed as well but they still have better prices than some of the other delivery service ExFed and snailmail. I maybe lucky but never had a package get lost of damaged and my wife and I have sent care packages for our deployed family members. In all the staff changes I've not had a single issue with anyone there as they seem to be pretty knowledgeable and courtesy. So they don't kiss my butt like I'm at a five star restaurant that services the single boiled carrot with a line is sauce and call it a meal. Honestly I've had more issues with those other guys v UPS and this is a pretty damn good store that does there job. I've not had a situation where I may have needed someone to go above and beyond but honestly I have no doubt if I asked someone there would try their best to help. I went there once to get finger printed back in 2015 and the older lady was so sweet and helpful. She even said I look like Darius Rucker and said I wish I could sing like him and we both laughed. We as hams need to focus more on the positive encounters instead of just complaining about small things we make a big deal about. This is a good, clean, efficient and cost effective location and there prices have remained reasonable despite inflation and rising cost. So a big THANK YOU to the staff at this location. Keep up the good work!!

  If I could leave zero stars I would. I RARELY leave a bad review even with bad service, so it really takes a lot. This location is so slow! When I walked in, I was third in line, the young man at the counter was moving as slow as humanly possible, mumbling couldn’t understand anything he was saying. He had already tried to charge the man in front of me 30 to mail a small package when the man told him the cheapest way possible, then the man questioning him why it was 30 and he said oh, mumbled something, no apology, nothing just changed the price to 9.00 and sent USPS. I told him I just needed to mail a card, something USPS should not cost more than a couple dollars. I even said if he had a plain envelope I could purchase stamps and mail, totally disregarded that. (Note by the time I got to the register the line was shaped in a U all the way around store) just from two simple transactions. He charged me 12.00 including me donating 1.00 to something I didn’t even ok, TO MAIL A CARD. I was so annoyed from him being so slow, I just said fine wasn’t going to hold up anyone. I was there 55 min with only two people ahead of me, that’s how slow he was. I try to give grace typically for people training etc… but even his walk was an extremely slow stride to the front and back between customers. The mumbling, lack of concern, the absent attention to detail or task/request…it was infuriating to say the least. This store needs to work on helping their employees with customer service and satisfaction. I’m still annoyed at a few dollar transaction ended up costing me 12.00 because of bad service.
