  So glad there is finally a UPS Store in this area. My wife shois a lot packages because of her line shop. We have both been there since it opened and can say we both had great experiences. The owner/manager is super nice, patient and very friendly. He kind of looks like my cousin but much nicer lol. I would highly recommend this long and we will cer2be going back!

  So glad that we finally have a UPS store next to our house. I went in there on Saturday 04/04. Owners and staff are very friendly and can’t wait to do more business with them.

  The UPS Store at 55 E Paulding Dr in Dallas is fantastic. Their owner was very helpful, taking the time to walk me through my options and making sure everything was packed and shipped correctly. You can tell they really care about their customers and want things done right, which made the whole process quick and stress‑free. I’ll definitely be using this location for all my future shipping and printing needs and highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

  I had such a great experience at this new UPS Store and honestly didn’t expect it to be this easy. I came in with an Amazon return that I thought was going to be a hassle, but the guy working there totally took care of it. He kind of “hacked” the process for me (in a good way) and made it super quick — no confusion, no stress, just handled. While I was there, I also needed a document notarized, and he made that just as easy. Walked me through everything, explained what I needed, and got it done fast. Really appreciate how helpful and efficient he was — you can tell he actually cares about making things easy for customers. Definitely coming back here instead of dealing with returns or notary stuff anywhere else.
