I have had several unpleasant encounters with the staff that works at the counters, as well as the managers. Specifically today I called the post office and spoke with Amy. One of my customers did not receive her package yet it stated delivered. She was very rude, condescending and sarcastic to me on the phone. She repeatedly spoke over me, mocked me and hung up on me 3 separate times! I cannot believe in this economy this person still has a job. I’m going to have to switch to UPS when it comes to my business! I’ve had enough enough!!
