If I could leave zero stars I would. I RARELY leave a bad review even with bad service, so it really takes a lot. This location is so slow! When I walked in, I was third in line, the young man at the counter was moving as slow as humanly possible, mumbling couldn’t understand anything he was saying. He had already tried to charge the man in front of me 30 to mail a small package when the man told him the cheapest way possible, then the man questioning him why it was 30 and he said oh, mumbled something, no apology, nothing just changed the price to 9.00 and sent USPS. I told him I just needed to mail a card, something USPS should not cost more than a couple dollars. I even said if he had a plain envelope I could purchase stamps and mail, totally disregarded that. (Note by the time I got to the register the line was shaped in a U all the way around store) just from two simple transactions. He charged me 12.00 including me donating 1.00 to something I didn’t even ok, TO MAIL A CARD. I was so annoyed from him being so slow, I just said fine wasn’t going to hold up anyone. I was there 55
min with only two people ahead of me, that’s how slow he was. I try to give grace typically for people training etc… but even his walk was an extremely slow stride to the front and back between customers. The mumbling, lack of concern, the absent attention to detail or task/request…it was infuriating to say the least. This store needs to work on helping their employees with customer service and satisfaction. I’m still annoyed at a few dollar transaction ended up costing me 12.00 because of bad service.

WORST shipping store around. RUDE employees, Amazon label printer does not work 90% of the time, supplies for self amazon returns are usually not available, LONG wait times and to top it off, their air conditioning never works. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I don’t take the time to leave negative reviews, but this one is necessary. On 1/20/26 a Saturday, I went to this location to get serviced for some media booklet print outs for my business. This time there was a supervisor or manager who actions were all over the place, rushing through out each customer, the customer service was just not there. I did notice that I came in right at 5 pm which was the close time; however when it was my time to be serviced, I asked for this guy to print me two booklets. The asks to him led down a 5 min conversation how they do not do that there and how I have the wrong location when I just recently had the same service from another staff manager member there. He then decided to look in their instruction guide manual and found the work booklet which is what I was saying the entire time. He then start to tell me that’s what he was saying and asking me how the booklet was done mentioning staples. I told him I’m not sure about the staples as I never seen them in my booklet. He start grabbing other book print outs which still was not what I had done previous. So his suggestion was to go get my booklet that luckily I still had so he can see how the booklet was made and that they open Sunday 12 to 5. Why am I here at 1 pm and the store is closed? Sat here for a while only to see so many customers turning around with anger because why is the store not open when it’s supposed to be???? Is it because of the manager on duty…..hummmmm?
Let me start by saying, it takes A LOT for me to leave a negative review..went to the UPS store yesterday and an older man was notarizing for another man so knew he would be tied up for awhile. Kemanchi was the only other rep. When I say a turtle moves faster than this young man, it’s facts, I told myself maybe he’s training be patient…however his movements just waking to the back was a crawl not even a normal walk, he didn’t care about anyones time. I had a letter to mail just regular USPS mail couldn’t be more than a few dollars if that bc I needed an envelope…nope 12.00 to mail a letter. The man before me told him he wanted to mail his package the cheapest way, he told him 30.00 then the man questioned him and he said he could mail it for 9.00. Zero help, zero customer service, mumbled when he talked. When I got there, there were maybe 5 people in the store 3 ahead of me. When I left the entire store was filled in a u shaped line all the way back to the register bc he literally was so slow. I just couldn’t believe the awful customer service. I didn’t even question him about the 12.00 bc I was so tired of waiting. Not to mention they rounded up for a donation I didn’t consent to. UPS store do better! Can’t believe what a rip off and the unprofessionalism. Zero regard for anyone’s time or wallet. Def won’t be back.

Refused to refund notary fee due to error of writing in wrong ink on their part. It stated at the TOP of the paper to only use black ink it was for the US department of state. We got it noterized at another UPS location since we were next to it. They read the paper and used black ink without us having to tell them. The cost is higher than most locations as well. I ONLY SPENT $4 and they charge $7. Will not be returning back to this location. Especially now that I know they are independently owned.
