I went to pick it up and they gave me one flyer. In 30 days that isn't all the mail I received I know.. my surplus check is missing now because of it and this post office gets 0 stars .

When the lady picked up she said she would get back to me and asked for my name phone and tracking number. The lady, who I believe was Donna, never did. I've been calling for 30 minutes in the morning and the line is consistently busy. No help at all.
