  10/10 stars from start to finish! I had a large volume of items to ship out for a big upcoming conference, and Lester and Nuria took excellent care of me from the time that I walked in the door until I left. Their level of attention to unparalleled. I will be a lifelong customer. I strongly recommend them for your printing and shipping needs! You cannot go wrong with Nuria and Lester. They are a powerhouse!

  This location is the definition of world-class customer service from start to finish! Nuria and Lester are the best in the business, and I will be a customer for life of this location. They bring a level of energy and professionalism that I have never experienced in any other UPS store. I could not be more thrilled to see this location open up, and will be visiting regularly for all of my shipping and printing needs. I strongly recommend this UPS store for any printing and shipment needs that you might have. You will not be able to find better customer service!

  Today I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Lester and Nuria at the Dahlonega UPS Store, and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with genuine kindness, professionalism, and a willingness to go above and beyond to make sure my needs were taken care of. Lester was patient, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He didn’t just process my shipment — he made sure every detail was correct and explained my options clearly, ensuring I had confidence in the service I was choosing. His calm, approachable demeanor instantly put me at ease. Nuria was equally wonderful, with a warm and welcoming personality that made the whole process feel seamless. She has a true gift for customer care, and it was obvious that she takes pride in making each interaction a positive one. She anticipated what I needed before I even had to ask and made sure everything was handled efficiently, without ever making me feel rushed. What really stood out to me was how Lester and Nuria worked as a team. They supported each other, smiled often, and created a positive, friendly atmosphere in the store. It’s rare these days to encounter customer service that feels so personal and genuine, and they both made me feel like more than just another transaction. They have a very fun banter with each other and you can tell they take customer satisfaction very seriously! If you are in the Dahlonega area and need shipping, printing, or any of the other many services UPS offers, I can’t recommend this location enough. Lester and Nuria turned what could have been an ordinary errand into an extraordinary experience, and I left feeling truly valued as a customer. They are a shining example of customer service done right, and I am very grateful for the care they provided today. They will forever be my preferred UPS Store location!

  I can't say enough good things about this UPS Store! The customer service here is truly exceptional. The owners always go above and beyond to help with whatever I need, whether it's shipping, printing, or just answering questions. They are so welcoming and helpful. Every visit is a positive experience because they genuiely care and take the time to provide top notch service. This is definitely the UPS Store to visit!
