When is this getting fixed or replaced? I cannot imagine is that difficult. Or can you provide another option to drop packages after hours?

I see why this place has 2 stars. My mail suddenly stopped being delivered and was being returned. When I went in to ask why, no one could explain what happened. I was told there isn’t really a system for this and that each carrier decides whether to deliver the mail or not. Because no one knew, I had to wait for the letter carrier to finish her route just to get answers. When the letter carrier, Tamera, arrived, I said hello and was met with an annoyed look. She kept her sunglasses on, didn’t say hello back, and immediately said I hadn’t checked my mail in almost a year. That was not true. I had proof that I was receiving mail, including my recent car registration that came in the mail just weeks prior. I came in calm and just trying to figure out what was going on, but she immediately became defensive. Her reaction escalated the situation. I told her she was being unprofessional, and she responded, “I am unprofessional and I don’t care.” I then asked for a supervisor. Tamera walked off while still talking. The front desk staff overheard and got a supervisor for me, and they were actually kind and helpful. The supervisor, Rebecca, came with no apology and no accountability for her staff. I asked for confirmation that my mail would be delivered going forward and asked for their names for documentation. She got annoyed and said, “I’m not about to do all of that.” I had to ask multiple times before she finally gave me the names. Overall, this was very unprofessional. The front desk was helpful, but both the carrier (Tamera) and the supervisor (Rebecca) handled the situation poorly.

this particular review is on the current route for N316. bc of the "main" driver they switched routes to, lazy on his routes. Using the excuse of a vehicle, not in his way to drop off any of our mail in the mail box. When other items have been dropped. When other drivers have even came to our door for important documents. This is the level of subpar service. I'm pro Mailer and First responders. I have enough empathy to know it's not easy out on the streets but to almost drive past me while i'm waving him down on purpose to figure out why he won't drop off our mail, after having a major surgery, is poor. Do better and hire people that actually care again.

Very rude customer service from the Indian lady. We went in there to submit an application for my daughter‘s passport. First thing she said was “do you guys have an appointment?” And we responded with “no, but we saw online that you guys accept walk-ins from 9 to 10 Monday through Wednesdays”. She then replied with that they’re trying to take that down from their website and then suggested for us to go to the Gwinnett County courthouse. I think that it was extremely unprofessional to turn us away when they had no other customers in the post office when we arrived during their walk in hours. Wouldn’t recommend going there if you’re looking for help

This is by far the worst post office I've ever had the displeasure of having to deal with. The old "rain, sleet, or shine" motto does not apply to this one. If the Dacula, GA post office handles your mail, be sure to sign up for USPS informed delivery so you can see the mail that is not going to be delivered to your house each day. It's like the carriers just say "That's enough for today" and stop delivering mail whenever they feel like they've done enough each day. That's our tax dollars hardly at work for ya.
