- DDddev966 days ago1.0Disappointing experience with customer service today. I asked to speak with the supervisor (Munari) about a packaging/pricing issue. Instead of finishing with the customer she was helping and then listening to my concern, she dismissed me immediately and repeatedly dismissed me in front of other customers. The issue wasn’t even given a chance to be explained, and the public nature of the interaction was embarrassing and unnecessary. I’m not looking for special treatment—just basic professionalism, listening, and respectful communication. I hope the location addresses this, because no customer should be handled that way

Employees will be reactive if customers have attitude and expectations are unreasonable . The post offices are many times working with minimal staffing, which in turn can create feelings of frustration and impatience. Here’s a tip, try smiling and saying thankyou next time you’re at the counter; you get what you give. Have a good day
- MAMonica AllenOct 16, 20251.0For years, my neighbors and I have been having issues with undelivered mail and packages that say they’ve been delivered to a locker parcel, but no key in the locker. USPS used to be amazing years ago, but now I’m scared to have anything mailed to my address because nothing important ever comes to me. I’ve complained about the same carrier multiple times, others as well, but nothing is getting fixed. They never answer their phone either. Customer service is a migraine, yet, I repeatedly have to deal with them because of incompetence!
