USPS used to be amazing years ago, but now I’m scared to have anything mailed to my address because nothing important ever comes to me. I’ve complained about the same carrier multiple times, others as well, but nothing is getting fixed. They never answer their phone either. Customer service is a migraine, yet, I repeatedly have to deal with them because of incompetence!

The "grass areas" are poorly maintained, the parking lot is filled with weeds growing through cracks in the pavement, and the trees in front of the post office seem like they haven't been pruned in years. This is my post Office, and it is embarrassing to go there.
