The young man with the braids boxes my contents up and then states it's no guarantee that it will make it there via ground by next week. Then proceeded to tell me to pay for the box $9.01. You should've lead with it won't get there instead of boxing it up and I have to pay for a box. Management needs to do better with training the young staff on how to deliver messages to the customer. He stated his manager told him that. Apparently, they have a lot of packages going out. I would think you would. I'm out of $9.01 because of his lack of communication. I left the box. I'll carry it on my flight for less than the $46 they're charging. RIP-OFF

It was the afternoon shift and the manager was present(most helpful) so that could be the reason. I came at 9:30am today and the service was horrible by a Caucasian older women and a young black man, the way they yelled at me for their mistakes(taping my boxes before knowing which label went with which box, was horrific. The customer service was just not there, the kept implying that I was wrong and then charged me double what I just paid 3 days prior. I really would like to be contacted and have the store video reviewed. They shouldn’t be working there and ruining peoples day and treating me as if I’m the inconvenience.

Today, Obi helped me and he was awesome! I had a bunch of Amazon returns to process and he made everything extremely easy. Thank you very much Obi. As for anyone who is reading this review, don’t think twice about going to this store. They will definitely take good care of you.

The longest line I’ve ever seen in a UPS and they don’t even care if you wait. I ended up waiting 20 minutes just for the lady to tell me that I couldn’t ship my package because it wasn’t taped. Validate the contents and then tape it up! Are you serious right now?!?!?!
