- JLJay LawsonOct 30, 20241.0Recommend using another location. Specifically wanted to ship a package via UPS so I would not be concerned with a timely deliver and see the tracking. This store somehow kept the package for a week before giving it to UPS. I called and checked on it and was told not to worry. The next day made a visit to find out if it was in the store when I was told to “file a claim” with UPS, “we always get these out the same day”. Well, to my surprise 12 hours later it magically shows up in the local UPS terminal. Could be a coincidence, but to me I believe they just held the package. If you have anything you are counting on being shipped find another location.
