- TPTiffany PhillipsMay 3, 20241.0Worst place ever. Lost my package a couple weeks ago the day they received it. I filed a claim and hadn’t heard back. I called ups about it this morning. Apparently they found my package, didn’t call to let me now, and sent it back to the shipper. On top of that, they deleted my 1 star rating I left a couple weeks ago. The most dishonest place and worst customer service I’ve seen in my entire life and I’ve worked in fine dining restaurants for 15 plus years when I was younger. So I know horrible customer service. Stay far away from this place!!!!! It’s also very clear that the employees ask their friends and families to leave 5-star ratings because anyone who has actually had to walk in this store and have anything accomplished will tell you it’s a complete nightmare!
