- STSierra ThomasSep 24, 20251.0Arrived at 4:40 Waited in a line for over hour to be told at the very last minute as I was getting up to the front the manger Sharon told me notarizing closes at 5:30 and she gets off at 6pm in a very mean unprofessional and ugly way embarrassed me in front of everyone and told me to come back tomorrow at 8:00 am. It’s not what she said but the way she said it to me and the fact I had been waiting in line for over an hour is crazy to me and she overheard me talking to someone in line that I needed to notarize something it would had been nice for her to tell me hey mam just a heads up the notary closes at 5:30. I can take you tomorrow because by the time you get up here it will be closed. It’s very obvious she can’t complete her job in a timely manner without waisting almost 20 to 25 mins with each customer. That was unprofessional and unacceptable on her part and she needs to be written up or reprimanded due to her none caring unprofessional attitude towards customers that spend thousands at ups yearly. I will not come back to this ups and will let everyone know in cumming to try to avoid this ups as much as possible!!
