    The older lady at the front desk was rude when I asked for a receipt for my Amazon return. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but that's not a reason to take it out on the customer.

    I just love the customer service expense here. Sandy is always so polite and patient! Today I arrived with over 15 Amazon returns and she was so helpful through the process. Thomas was also helpful. Great team there !
