- RARaila AliDec 17, 20251.0These morning I had horrible experience with two ladies in these store usually there’s so nice young employees working but these morning it’s very rude disrespectful employees they are on their phones and not answering to your questions they just careless, disrespectful and rude they should be working in these positions because they don’t have great customer service communication and respect These morning I went again to the store at 8:54 am and the employee are so disrespectful mean she should be there I think owner has to take seriously these complains She don’t have a right to treat customers with disrespect She’s clearly discriminating because when I asked question she didn’t even respond and even hear me but soon as another lady walked in she started talking and responded to her So not sure what’s her problem with me I’ll be greatly appreciated if anyone will take my complains seriously thank you

The employee who helped me did not greet me or treat me politely, yet I saw her warmly greet the next customer. All customers deserve equal respect and courtesy. I hope management addresses this issue.

She asked another employee to help her with moving some boxes while she was helping all customers and that employee acted extremely unprofessional and was rude to her in front of a line of customers. She said she would not help because her stomach hurt. It was awkward to listen to this exchange. Other than that the service was perfect!
