  Its been 1 day since getting my gaming laptop back. All it needed was a fan replacement since I was stuck wondering how to do it myself and had no clue. It had been making a whole lot of noise and I knew it was failing. These guys got it done seemingly without issue. I only say seemingly cuz normally I like to go in and check things myself but I didnt do that this time. Would give 5 stars but waiting 4 weeks for it to get shipped from China was the hardest part. All in all, got my computer back with no issues. No scratches or damage was done to it. Price is fair imo even tho this was my first time here. Would come back to these guys again in the future if I run into anymore issues. I've yet to open my computer up and see the work done but in a few months when I go in to clean out dust and all that I'll be sure to come back and edit this if needed but i dont think ill have to do that. She feels good so I'll just leave it at that for now. Thank you.

  After taking my computer here to inquire about getting the screen fixed the guy at the counter told me no more than $200-$300. Never told me they charge just to click and look up the screen cost. Then called me to say it will be $675!!! Do not take anything to this place.

  I have used P C After Dark for my business for several years now. I cannot say enough good things about them. Jason and his coworkers have helped us keep our computers, printers and phones operating at times when I wasn't sure exactly what to do. Jason has spent hours at our location during software changes that were implemented by our suppliers where our firewalls had to be reconfigured at specific times. Our latest project involved a phone sysytem we had leased from a Major Telecom Company for over 6 years. They decided they could more than double my bill as my contract had been fullfilled. No Warning, No Offer of a new contract. Just a ridiculous amount each month. I contacted Jason and I am thankful to say we now own our phone system and things are working great. By the way, we are paying a fraction of the cost of the last 6 years. Thank you all at P C After Dark!!!!!
