The lady that helped me at the counter explained everything I felt really secure by dropping off an $800 bear compound bow, she reassured me she explained my shipping. She explained my insurance. She gave me the date that it should be there earliest and the date that it should be there latest. I really left this place filling OK about it. She is probably the better representative for UPS that I have met even in the trucks. She was very professional very helpful and like I said, she explained it even if I didn’t understand it she would re-explain it so that being said yes I will be back and I hope she will be the one to help me. Thanks UPS. This was a great experience for my first time.
