Today is February 19, 2026 I just wanted to say thank you to Chasity. She definitely went beyond what she needed to do. When returning a package back to Amazon. I noticed that I had to print out labels. She took her time and help me out with the process. Best customer service I’ve ever received at an ups store ever. I most certainly will be coming back to the Covington Georgia location.

Ms.Sabrina assists me each time I visit and this particular visit I had brought my own packing tape and Ms. Sabrina said “Put your tape up, we Do Not charge to use our tape.” It was quite funny because Conyers location charge for tape. Thank you Covington!” And Thank you Ms.Sabrina -Simone
