    I want to start off by saying my issue isn't with the staff at this store but with UPS itself. I tried to deliver a package to Puerto Rico 3 weeks ago. I was told everything was all good and it should've been delivered in about a week. I even paid international pricing when Puerto Rico isn't even international. Another week goes by and the package isn't delivered because apparently it had an "incomplete address". If it was incomplete how did it get approved for delivery in the first place? I tried to go online and create a UPS account so I could update the address with whatever info they needed and I couldn't! The website told me I couldn't create an account because I don't live at a residential address. I live in a new apartment complex that's been established for the last 2 years. Just because UPS can't use updated maps doesn't mean it should be my problem. I tried to call the 1-800 # and they told me it would have to be handled at the store. I went to the store and they told me it would have to be handled by customer service. I called customer service back and they said it would have to be handled by the international side. Why am I getting the run around just to update an address??? ANOTHER week goes by and the package is delivered back to me for reasons stating "incomplete address". I went back to the store to ask for a refund and apparently they can't do that unless the package is lost or damaged. I paid for a delivery and it wasn't delivered. What kind of business takes someone's money promising a service and then keep my money when the service wasn't completed. It wasn't even partially completed. I literally paid $60 for a package to go in a circle.
