  DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!! Store is money hungry and has bad management. Want a discount by 30-50% off just make a label online. They won’t tell you that. Manager straight lied to my face and said they can’t do that and the other stores do with no problem. (FOR DISCOUNT) HERES WHAT YOU NEED: You need box dimensions like HxWxL, the address, and the weight of the item which you can google easily. Put that info in online on the site to get an label. And you can print the label off your phone for free with the mobile code they give you and it’s way cheaper than those in store prices. YOUR WELCOME!!!! They even try to send stuff separate instead of together to make you spend more money instead of helping you. They lie and say you also need boxes for Amazon returns when you wanna send it how it came and I ended up taking my stuff to the 278 store and they said it needed nothing. Just in turn trying to make every extra dollar off us in an iffy economy. Also don’t like the church music playing. I just get overall a weird vibe from here. It makes you pretty uncomfortable to have to listen to that when it’s not what everyone believes in. Just overall weird vibes. Do better. AGAIN!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

  This is a newer location so I was excited to try it out. Unfortunately, I did not get greeted with the same friendly countenance as the previous Caucasian customers. I was told that I needed a bag or box that I could buy for 3 dollars, which I normally returned Amazon items at the previous location and needed no coverage. But this was a Ring device, so I told the older Black lady that I would check my car first. When I returned, instead of calling me, she made me wait in the much longer line, which was fine, but when the younger MUCH nicer and helpful associate took my package and could not print a receipt, she just stood aside waiting for the customer she was with look up something. When I noticed that the customer was occupied I tried to ask her a question and she tried to act busy. The receipt and label she scanned from my phone were sitting right next to me on her counter, but I did not want to be rude so I waited. The young associate said he would try to reprint it when he saw she still was "acting" occupied. When her customer finally left, instead of addressing me, she took her next customer. I interrupted and asked her rude tail if she printed a receipt. I guess she has an issue with African American customers, but I work in customer service and in a profession with people interactions, she needs to work on this type of conduct. Thank the Lord, for the positive attitude of the young man. That's why I gave an extra star, because she left a sour taste in my mouth.

  It has been awhile since my husband and I visited this store. We were charged for every little fee possible, even for ink for the label. However, not everyone was charged frivolously and he was more personable. I did not like the guy, L. H.'s personality towards particular people. We will continue to visit Covington Hwy 278, regardless of the line and Mailbox off of Salem Rd. They are very kind in both branches, even though we are residents of the Oxford - Mount Zion Community.
